We're Saraí and Melissa, cousins from a big, close-knit family (Saraí's mother the eldest of sixteen, Melissa's the youngest) who learned early that gathering people together is its own kind of magic. We design weddings that honor not just the couple, but the families, by blood or by choice, who hold them.
Cosme Wedding Studio is a full wedding planning & design firm built around a simple idea: the best weddings are rooted in meaning, beauty, and ritual.
With more than 18 years in this industry, we've learned that the hardest part of a great celebration is invisible: the vendor who shows up early, the timeline that absorbs a delay, the conversation that happens before you know there was a decision to make. That's the work we do. It's also the work we love.
Our Process
We manage the full arc of your celebration: budgeting, vendor sourcing and management, timeline development, logistics, and everything in between. Our couples come to us because they want a team that anticipates, one that handles complexity with grace.
Planning
Design, for us, starts with place. We draw from the landscape, the craftsmanship, and the traditions around us to create something that feels rooted rather than assembled. Every detail is intentional: the tablescape, the florals, the lighting, the way a space moves a guest from one moment to the next.
Design
Beyond the wedding itself, we take care of the experience around it: guest logistics, travel coordination, welcome details, the small touches that make visiting family and friends feel hosted. This layer of care is what turns a destination celebration into a memorable family vacation.
Concierge
We handle full-scale production: structural builds, power and infrastructure, permitting, and on-site management in locations that require real problem-solving. We've built celebrations in places with no existing infrastructure at all, and we know what it takes to make them run without a hitch.

Saraí Flores is a designer and event stylist rooted in the handmade culture of Mexico. Her work lives at the intersection of beauty, craft, and emotion, shaped by a deep love of color, textiles, and the stories objects carry. She creates weddings and gatherings the way she approaches everything: with care, leadership, style, and an unwavering devotion to doing things right.
Her work is intimate, intuitive, and fiercely creative, grounded in the belief that design can be both meaningful and joyful, and that the best celebrations feel crafted.

Melissa Santisteban
Wedding planner
An old soul by nature, Melissa approaches her work with grace and discernment. She believes the most meaningful celebrations are shaped by care, intention, and the quality of time shared with loved ones. Through attentive planning and intuitive leadership, she supports gatherings that feel natural, effortless, and fully in harmony with the community at their heart.
Melissa leads with calm, wisdom, and intuition. As Project Manager and Wedding Planner, she oversees every aspect of a celebration, directing vendors, staff, and logistics while guiding couples through months of thoughtful decision-making. Her background in hospitality and intuitive problem-solving allow her to act decisively under pressure, lending confidence and clarity to every stage of the process. Her presence ensures that even complex moments unfold with ease and assurance.
